We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

 

However, to respect our stylists' time and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price you have selected may apply.

• No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a fee of 60% of the chosen treatment may be required before booking your next appointment.

​

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to find a new time, but a fee may apply if short notice impacts our schedule.
