Meet Agatha
Master Stylist & Founder of ICON Hairdresser
With over 23 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Agatha has been transforming hair in Windsor since 2005.
Her journey began at the prestigious GABRIEL Academy in Kalisz, Poland, where she trained under expert Italian and Polish stylists before continuing her craft at GABRIEL in Warsaw for several years.
Eager to expand her skills, Agatha pursued advanced training at renowned institutions, including the L’Oréal Professional Academy, as well as courses with Toni & Guy and Vidal Sassoon in London. Her passion for balayage led her across the Atlantic to complete the exclusive Balayage Boot Camp with Lisa Walker in Philadelphia, USA.
After spending nine years honing her expertise at Lucci in Windsor, Agatha fulfilled her dream of opening her own salon—ICON—a space where creativity, precision, and high-quality hairdressing come together.
"I have a passion for working with hair, constantly learning and improving. I try to take a unique approach to hair cutting and colouring, taking inspiration from the world’s top hair stylists and the dynamic of our modern life. I am often told that my warm personality makes my clients come back again and again. I hope it is true as I am genuinely excited to see their faces and lovely smiles when they are happy with my work."
Meet Karolina
Hairstylist
Karolina has been a professional hairdresser for 8 years. Her journey into hairdressing wasn’t the most conventional, as she originally studied engineering at university. She soon realised that her true passion didn’t ley in numbers but in creativity and personal connection. That’s when she made the bold decision to leave university to follow her calling and become a professional hairdresser, and to this day, she has never looked back.
Karolina started by following an apprenticeship programme in Poland and soon moved to Windsor to join Agatha at Icon Hairdresser in 2017.
She specialises in balayage, hair colour, and long hair, with a focus on creating effortlessly beautiful, custom looks that enhance each client’s natural features and style.
What she loves most about being a hairdresser is the ability to blend artistry with human connection, transforming how someone feels about themselves in just one appointment.
Outside the salon, you’ll find her at the theatre, exploring new destinations, or enjoying great coffee and meaningful conversations with friends. Karolina gets her inspiration from everywhere she goes, and brings that creative energy into every look she creates for her clients.
